Most goal-setting happens from the neck up. You write the vision, set the intention and map the strategy.
And by February, you're back where you started. Not because you lack discipline. Because your nervous system never agreed to the plan.
This isn't another vision board workshop or strategic planning session. This is a 60-minute somatic experience that works with your body's actual physiology—not against it.
Here's what we'll do together:
âś” Identify your body's physiological response to your 2026 goalsÂ
âś” Notice and release the resistance patterns you've been carryingÂ
âś” Move through practices that create safety and comfort around what you're building
âś” Build sensory memory of your desired realityÂ
 ✔ Seal the practice through dance that lets you embody detachment (Because this work gets to be fun—and your body remembers joy faster than it remembers pressure.)
You'll leave with a workbook to continue this practice beyond the workshop—and a completely different relationship to goal-setting. One where your body is finally on board with what your mind is building.
