How we work:

Over the course of our time together, I'll guide you through my proprietary GEPAP framework—a systematic progression that rebuilds your relationship with your body from the ground up. This is the methodology underneath everything we do, and it's the reason the changes stick.

This is having a somatic expert in your corner who knows your nervous system, understands your patterns, and can guide you back to grounded power.

You get:

Weekly 50-minute session:  We meet every week because transformation requires consistency and your challenges don't wait. Each session addresses whatever is most alive while advancing you through the GEPAP progression. You leave with your nervous system recalibrated and clear on what to practice.

Direct, priority text access throughout the week: You'll have a private text channel for somatic support between our calls. When something activates you before a major conversation, when you catch a pattern mid-spiral, when you need a targeted regulation tool for what you're facing—you reach out, I respond with specific guidance. This extends our work into your real life, where the actual rewiring happens.

Quarterly VIP Reset sessions: (90 min) for deep integration—ritual, breathwork, intention-setting. Think of these as your somatic maintenance for everything you're building.
